Divya Tourism Pvt. Ltd. (DIVYA) was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956 on 20th of February 2003. Its registered office is situated at office No. 2/24, Galaxy Comm. Centre, Jawahar Road, Rajkot – 360 001.

Immediately after incorporation, it became the largest fully integrated travel agency in the State of Gujarat and had been consistently been the top selling agent for various international carriers such as Air India, Gulf Air, Lufthansa etc and domestic carriers such as Jet Airways & Indian Airlines. DTPL has created a niche for itself in the airport & ground handling services business in India by establishing a network across 17 airports in India

The authorized share capital of the Company is Rs. 5 crores and the paid up capital of the Company is Rs. 3 crores. It has invested more than Rs. 10 crores in Ground Handling Equipments, Vehicles and office premises/equipment. The Company has a gross annual turnover of approximately 18 crore.
